    DELIVERY INFORMATION

    Our website will calculate your delivery cost based on the total order weight. Simply add your items to your basket and then proceed to checkout.

    Once you have placed your order we will email you a confirmation and then send you another email when your order ships with your tracking number and information. You can also log into our website at any time to get a real time update on your order/s.

    UK

    Orders placed by 2pm Monday-Friday will be dispatched the same day (as you know unexpected deliveries can happen and our couriers do not guarantee next working day delivery, therefore we do not give a 100% guarantee for next day delivery).

    Orders received after 2pm on Friday and over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday*.

    EUROPE

    E.U Delivery* (Estimated 2-3 working days) - Euro Priority Business from £15, and Free on orders starting from over £500*.

      0-10kg = £30. A charge of £9 per additional 5kg applies to Euro Zone 4 packages.

    All EU customers must provide a valid VAT number when registering an account at Tanoly in order to receive a refund on the VAT charged at the checkout. Our system will refund your VAT on your order once we have confirmed the validity of the number.
